CHAPTER FOURTEEN

It was four in the morning before Joely finally stumbled towards Xander’s bedroom. He was sprawled, naked, under the sheets. She quickly shed her clothes to join him. He stirred as she slipped into bed. “All done?” he murmured in a husky, sleepy, sexy voice.

“All done,” she said.

She finally drifted off to sleep about an hour before his alarm sounded and roused the both of them. Exhausted, she resisted his gentle shaking to wake her. They both dressed, he in new clothes and she in the clothes from the night before, and he drove her back into town.
